Purchasing Assistant Job Description:
REQUIREMENTS:

Manufacturing industry experience
MRP Software Experience
Purchase Orders
Inventory control
SAP experience
Heavey data entry into Excel and MRP
Ensuring art work on labels, brochures, boxes are correct

This position will begin the day by running a min/max MRP report and generating the appropriate POs to acquire the needed parts. They'll also cross reference daily manufacturing production reports and checking for variances. They will also spend 30-40% of the day communicating with vendors and reporting on quality issues.
