We're have immediate opportunities to work as a Caregiver or Direct Support Professional throughout Portland, Gresham, Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsboro, Oregon City, Boring, Sandy, and more. Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
Background Check Required
6 months experience as a Caregiver/providing direct care professionally OR
personally
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
CNA License
Job Duties:
Work 1-on-1 with clients on a consistent schedule at their home and in their community
Provide support in accordance with a written service plan to help clients reach their goals
Document services and report to supervisor weekly
