The candidate should be an experienced residential real estate title processor/closer. Must be able to handle a residential closing from start to finish. Must have the ability to balance a busy workload and work as part of a team. An understanding of title standards, clearance and handling of title requirements is required. should have good understanding of closing and loan documents. Ability to work well with other team members and take direction is needed. Must have ability to interact professionally with clients, buyers/sellers, lenders and realtors. Should have ability to prepare closing statements and collaborate with lenders on closing disclosure preparation. Possess the skill set to manage multiple priorities and manage time sensitive matters. Exceptional customer service skills are required. should have Ability to handle the signing of residential real estate packages (notary preferred).
