Associate Director, tate Regulatory Affairs and Compliance
Duties: Will be reporting to the AVP, Regulatory Compliance the Associate Director of State Regulatory Affairs and Compliance. Will be responsible for the oversight of multi-State educational licensure for University. Will be conducting a detailed review of proposed state regulations and directing and influencing the outcome of final rulemakings. Directing the process for completing applications, forms, and reports that are required by State Education Licensing bodies in assigned states. Ensuring completion of multi-State reporting requirements in assigned states. Ensuring University and University are maintaining compliance with all state . educational agency statutes and regulations in assigned states. Researching and providing analysis of state statutes and regulations to External Affairs team, as well as the organization. Developing proactive compliance initiatives. Communicating routinely with state educational agencies and advocating of the institutions’ positions. Providing routine policy reviews regarding institutional compliance with state educational agency statutes and regulations and designing plans for continuous improvement. Managing direct reports as applicable.
