Tampa artists would be a huge plus! Im looking for a graphic artist, and also video effect artist. If someone dabbles in both, even better. I cant stand stressful collaborating and I always try to make things fun, so hopefully you like that also ?
Im looking for an artist(s) who wants small jobs that turn into bigger jobs or a full time position if we work well together. I am creating a brand from the future that has to lay ground work now for its debut and prepare the hearts minds and markets for the changes it will bring. Its gonna be wild and basically self discoving itself while we create its foundation and start its path. I need collaboration minded individuals with skills and drive who are looking for a direction to thrive and create in. I am fully prepared to have very deep complex strategy sessions (or not,) depending on what works best individually, either way developing a direction that works for the brand and is exciting for a creators to accomplish along with me as we go. I know this explanation might seem empty until time is spent discussing and explaining details, but so will every idea when we first start focusing in. The improvisation of various concepts that fit the brand will be developed synergistically alongside the storyline and narrative arc of the content, while we build it and hone it into unique consumable entertainment. This will eventually incorporate any and all useful facets of art, technology, storytelling and human activity. Ive been developing and studying any subject I can find for the last five yrs relating to what this idea will require, from self development and emotional intelligence, to project/brand management, to transmedia storytelling and testing of ideas.. I study any topic I can that might come up in the management of high performing teams of creatives with complicated goals and projects.
Im not sure if this is the best way to attract the right people or not. I dont want to just start spelling out any loose plans yet because I want the person to want to work with me, not work on specific ideas or subject matter. This is where I am starting this path and I will adjust rapidly as I go to ensure its success
I dont mess around when it comes to playing around or creating interesting things. I love doing both in their highest forms and love forging new directions of thought with a creative flair tacked on. Im hoping you understand me or are excited to help me discover what this can be or something similar.
