The candidate will teach Civil Procedure in the 2020-2021 academic year. Should preferably be creative and committed scholar. Should be prepared to teach at least one first-year course as well as a balance of upper-level elective courses. Should also have a well-thought-out research agenda in addition to an established strong record of legal scholarship. Must have a longstanding commitment to the diversity of its faculty and its student body. Must have outstanding academic credentials, including a J.D. degree from an accredited law school or an equivalent degree (such as a Ph.D. in a related field). Should demonstrate potential for excellent teaching and an established strong record of research scholarship.
