Renewable Term Faculty - Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic
The candidate to serve as a clinical faculty member in the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic (ELC), and to provide assistance to the Tech Edge J.D. (TEJD) certificate program. This position reports directly to the ELC and TEJD Director. The faculty member may be required to carry out other teaching responsibilities as needed. This position is a 100% full-time, eleven-month appointment. The position is a renewable term faculty (“RTF”) appointment, subject to the School of Law’s Standards and Procedures for Hiring, Retention, and Promotion of Full-Time RTF. A RTF serving a three-year term shall be subject to a retention decision during the third year of that contract. A favorable decision will ordinarily lead to a five-year contract with an appointment as an associate clinical professor of law.
