The Senior Program Delivery Professional strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership towards value-based relationships and/or improved quality metrics. The Senior Program Delivery Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Delivery Professional develops programs designed to support Group Medicare through acquisition, retention and member experience. Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning. Reviews and communicates results of programs. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.


Cross organization collaboration
Create and deliver presentations to both internal and external clients


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
3 years of Healthcare experience
Strong project management experience
Prior experience working cross functionally, collaborating and relationship management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Travel potential up to 5 - 10%


Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Stars knowledge/experience
PMP certification
Strong analytical skills

This position is open to working remote.

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
