Customer and Marketing – Project Delivery Specialist – PDM

Work you’ll do
Write new SAS programs from scratch, automate and fine tune existing SAS code using SAS Macro, SQL Pass-thru, SQL Tuning.
Data Cleansing, Data Management, Data Archival, Data Migration, ad - hoc reporting and coding utilizing SAS on UNIX, Windows and Linux.
Use PROC SQL in extracting data from relational databases like Oracle and SQL Server.
Data mapping, data profiling of the data models, validate the metadata, improve data quality and data integrations and create data marts to be used further in data visualization and reports generation.
Data Preparation from extracting data from multiple sources, flat files, tables, validate data types, cleaning, data transformation using metadata, SQL queries and Joins/Filters in the transformations and load tables into data marts.
Leading projects from Requirement Analysis, Design, Planning, Estimation, Coding, Code Reviews, Test Plan Preparation, Debugging, Unit/System/Integration/Regression Testing, UAT, Implementation and Production Support.- Problem Management, Issue resolution, System fixes and enhancements.
Coordination with various functional and technical - onsite and offshore teams.

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
• Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
• Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
• Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
• Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
• DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Experience in Basic and Advanced development on SAS and SAS DI Platform.
Experience in SAS Data Integration (mandatory), SAS ESP, SAS/BASE, SAS/SQL, SAS/ODS.
Worked extensively in Data Modeling, Data warehouse architecture, DWH/BI, Dimensional modeling, Star, Snowflake schema, OLAP Cube, Source Target mapping
Strong experience in coding using SQL, Procedures/Functions, SAS macros.
Extensive hands on expertise in leading projects from Requirement Analysis, Design, Planning, Estimation, Coding, Code Reviews, Test Plan Preparation, Debugging, Unit/System/Integration/Regression Testing, UAT, Implementation and Production Support.
Proven skills in Data Cleansing, Data Management, Data Archival, Data Migration, ad - hoc reporting and coding utilizing SAS on UNIX and Linux.
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Chicago, IL.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
