A healthy work life balance is essential:
Monday - Friday
Alternating shifts, 6:00am - 2:00p and 11:00am - 7:00pm
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
3 years experience in the fitness industry
1 year supervisory experience
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification

Potential to earn an additional $7,500 through Personal Training

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:
Provides superior customer service to members/clients and assists the team in overseeing general facility operations and services
Interact with client and members; establish mutually beneficial relationships
Implement programs to achieve facility goals and track ongoing progress
Lead ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
Manage facility budgets for supplies, programming and group exercise
Develop safe and effective exercise programs; provide general supervision
Develop and implement creative incentive and health promotion programs
Lead member recruiting efforts and participate in the membership enrollment process
Supervise all facility staff and provide ongoing training and growth opportunities
Develop annual program plans to ensure ongoing member engagement
Monitor and evaluate all aspects of the program to ensure program success
Administer fitness assessments; provide results counseling
Assist members with reaching their personal fitness goals
Teach new and innovative group exercise classes
Work with the client to establish goals for the facility
Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of equipment
