DIRECT HIRE -- Multi-craft Maintenance technicianSHIFT: 3rd shift: 7:00pm - 5:30amPAY: $23.00/hour (Depending on experience) LOCATION: Ashland, OhioIf interested ****JOB DESCRIPTION:Troubleshooting and repair, moving/installing equipment, critical/non-critical welding measures, and advanced/basic electrical repairCandidate will be working in a machine shop 90% and foundry for 10% of the time.Makes repairs and replacements on parts with precise dimensions; troubleshoots and determines necessary repairs, tears down, reassembles, sets-up and tests machinery and equipment.Makes holding jigs and fixtures; may work out original production set-ups.Performs plumbing and pipe fitter responsibilities.Services a wide variety of complex industrial electrical equipment, such as: intricate automatic and electronic controls along with other electrical equipment throughout the plantsRepairs and builds the following: machines and belts, builds flasks for foundry, builds hand truck bodies, etc.Makes repairs to the elevator, floors, bins, maintenance, and installs machinery.Operates band saw, rip saw, jointer and drill press; may use carpenter's hand tools, hand wrenches, hydraulic jack, hoist, and general riggers equipment. *** If you are looking for long term employment and the opportunity to grow within a company, this is the job for you!***QUALIFICATIONS:- Must have experience troubleshooting plcs (run Allen Bradley). - Must have experience up to 480v.- Must have experience repairing hydraulics and pneumatic. - Must have experience reading schematics and blue prints. - Electrical Journeyman's card is preferred, but not a must have.- Maintenance experience on CNC machinery is a plus If interested **** About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
