The candidate will assist senior partner as well as working on other administrative tasks for the firm. This position is vital to the firm with duties that pertain to all members of the team. Duties include: Serving as executive assistant to owner/attorney, Keeping her calendar, Preparing files and information for appointments, Following up with clients, File management and organization, Scheduling and tracking deadlines, Backing up computer information to the cloud and tape,, Communicating with vendor on IT issue, Maintaining and updating client contact information. Possesses great attention to detail. Must have 3-5 years’ experience as an assistant, preferably in a law firm environment. Should have High School or GED. Associates Degree Preferred. Prior experience with general office systems, software, procedures, and equipment is required. Must have experience and familiarity with filing systems and with technology. Should have familiarity with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
