Analyst responsible for troubleshooting, gathering technical and business requirements for an enrollment processing workflow. This workflow includes data mapping for XML, databases and a mainframe as well as rules engines, error handling, image creation, and process routing.
This candidate must possess the following attributes:

Project Description:
This project will introduce a new front end enrollment system that will facilitate agent assisted enrollments, self-enrollments, and third party integration into other enrollment platforms. The Business Analyst in this role will support the back end functionality to process business from EnrollMyWay to the client’s automated workflow system. The work flow system consists of mapping enrollment data to various XMLs and databases. In addition, several rules engines are used to evaluate the integrity of the enrollment data to determine the appropriate routing within the work flow.
NOTE: This position requires the candidate to understand data and how to troubleshoot potential issues related to possible data problems. The candidate will be required to critically solve problems that may come up and be able to effectively communicate the solutions in both written and verbal forms. Timelines, scope and priorities tend to often shift so the candidate must be willing and able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to an ever evolving work environment.
