We are seeking an experienced, skilled Sr Business Analyst to help provide strategic support, project leadership, and business analysis of operational processes and procedures, data, systems and industry trends in support of the Consumer & Agent Services Division. This position will be responsible for the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities to our business systems and processes. This position will apply business analytics to understand and gain insight from business data and performance metrics.
The Sr Business Analyst works under the direction of the Chief Project Portfolio Services Manager, Collaborate with internal and external customers and business partners to elicit data and system requirements; define business rules; model process flows; document policies and procedures and other forms of business documentation used to express business needs. Responsibilities include Analyze business performance, industry trends, and data from internal source systems for the purpose of identifying improvement opportunities, risks, and predicting future outcomes. Facilitate and lead workshops, training exercises and other activities and events designed to educate and/or elicit feedback from customers and business partners. Act as liaison between internal and external Information Technology teams and personnel throughout the project lifecycle; participate in design, development, testing, and implementation activities as a member of an Agile development team. Also, serve as a subject matter expert specific to business operations and systems.
We have offices located in Tallahassee, Jacksonville and Tampa. Tallahassee is the corporate headquarters for the organization. The Jacksonville and Tampa offices provide policy services and underwriting, claims, and customer support. This position will be located in Jacksonville.
