Job Description
In this entry level position, you will be providing on-site hardware and software support to our clients, and assisting the help desk and other areas as needed in our busy MSP.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science or Computer Technology or combination of equivalent experience is required; Associate's Degree and equivalent work experience would be considered
New College graduates welcome to apply!
Working knowledge of hardware and software required; LAN experience preferred
Desktop a/o previous help desk support preferred
Certifications are a plus, but not necessary
Use of MS Office in an office environment preferred
Solid customer service skills
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Normal Office
