Description
The crew chief will take a group of individuals to various sites throughout the community to perform outside contracted cleaning services and supervise a group of individuals with disabilities employed through the cleaning service to perform tasks associated with the job. The job will also require the successful candidate to perform janitorial tasks along side the crew to ensure the job is completed up to the customer's standards.
Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, not required.
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a Valid NJ Drivers License with no more than five points with ability to drive and operate ten to twelve passenger van
Two years of janitorial experience and previous experience with stripping and waxing large floor areas
Education: High School Diploma or GED
