A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Commercial Litigation practice in Pine Brook, NJ. The firm represents stakeholders across the healthcare and life sciences spectrum, handling regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial disputes within a specialized boutique environment.

Duties

• Draft motions for federal and state courts.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including objections.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in commercial litigation.
• Admission to the New Jersey and/or New York bars is required; admission to both is preferred.
• Health law experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Outstanding legal research and writing skills are essential.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey and/or New York.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in legal writing and motion drafting.
• Ability to manage discovery processes and prepare for depositions.
