Assistant Dean for Students
The candidate will report directly to the Dean. Will administer the Law School's student services and academic affairs. Serve as a student advocate and the principal liaison between the students and the faculty and administration, and provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure an outstanding and supportive student experience. Manage a broad portfolio, leading the office of student affairs in providing academic and personal counseling, student programming and outreach, support for student organizations and journals, and support programs (e.g., mentoring, health and wellness) for the law school's JD students. Collaborate with other administrators and staff on matters pertaining to the law school's LLM students, and graduate and undergraduate students from other schools and colleges, and work closely with other law school student-facing offices including admissions, financial aid, academic records, and career services. Perform other duties as assigned.
