The IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is charged with leading the team responsible for support, training and overall delivery of IT services to all JMBM personnel. This includes support of all end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, applications, and related technologies that are needed for employees to perform their duties. The IT SDM will work in tandem with the IT Engineering team to implement new technologies, policies, and best practices to support the growing technology needs of the Firm.
The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and experience in the legal industry.
