SUMMARY The Program Manager, Office of the Chief of Staff supports the implementation of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. strategic initiatives and cross-functional strategic projects that advance the CEO’s overall agenda for the organization. The mission of ILTexas is to prepare students for exceptional leadership roles in the international community by emphasizing servant leadership, mastering the English, Spanish, and Chinese languages, and strengthening the mind, body and character. The Manager of Strategic Initiatives will be crucial to helping ILTexas accomplish this unique mission to deliver on its strategic plan by conducting quantitative analysis and cross-functional support to generate insights and advance progress toward overall goals. The Program Manager, Office of the Chief of Staff will cultivate relationships and provide leadership with internal and external teams to deepen and broaden our impact. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from an accredited university and experience managing cross-functional analytical projects is required. A minimum of two years’ experience working in strategy and/or cross-functional project management and data analysis. Demonstrated analytical ability and successful cross-functional project/program management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to adapt to new situations and challenges as well as embrace change and be open to new ideas. Experience in strategic planning a plus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Support our strategic planning process through tracking and reporting of initiatives and by partnering with crossfunctional teams to provide data driven strategic initiative supports. 2. Assist strategic initiative owners in goal setting and ensure our short and long-term goals are understood, rollout plans are made to achieve those goals, milestones are set, and progress is being made. 3. Own the quarterly process, quality check and synthesis of our strategic initiatives. Maintain an integrated data dashboard providing a snapshot of our health and performance of our key performance indicators based on our goals. 4. Collaborate with and influence a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to orchestrate the execution of prioritized strategic initiatives that drive toward our 5-year goals. 5. Serve as liaison to the Cabinet (Senior Management Team) so their efforts align with the ILTexas strategic plan. 6. Cultivate culture in our headquarters staff of a data-driven, proactive approach to daily operations by incorporating strategic data dashboards into current cross functional battle rhythm. 7. Oversee the data flow from central offices to campuses including the communication process, maintenance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement. 8. Build compelling stories and presentations, with logic and content tailored to the appropriate audience. 9. Set agenda, plan for, and lead cross-functional meetings and focus groups as required. 10. Coordinate other strategic projects and initiatives that are top priority to the CEO, Cabinet, and long-term strategy of the organization. 11. Perform all other duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES
