Duties : Will communicate with attorneys, clients, and consultants on different legal matters. Assist attorneys in gathering pertinent data, documents, and records, and with case management, calendaring, and preparation for hearings; assist with the preparation and filing of petitions, including drafting, proofreading, editing, and fact-checking. Prepare EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, PERM, family-based petitions, I-485, H-1B, L-1A, and E-2 applications. Draft responses to RFEs, NOIDs and extension requests. Perform research in both internal and external databases; analyze and summarize findings to better prepare attorneys in answering legal questions. Research on periodic changes in immigration policies and regulations. Create and deliver legal training to business & marketing teams.
