Overseeing and managing the services of attorneys, accountants, third party administrators, and other consultants. Resolving disputes. Maximizing the value of the loss adjustment expenses incurred . Providing world-class service to the underwriters and agents within assigned region. Leading and collaborating on various projects. Coaching and mentoring other team members.
