Global Technical Services (GTS) is seeking resumes for a Program Manager for a NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) Administrative Support Services contract (JASS II).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the Contractor’s primary contract manager, and shall be the Contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Management Personnel and Customer Agency Representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning Contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising Contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance.
Project Period of Performance:
July 21, 2014, to July 20, 2019, with a phase-in period of June 5, 2014, to July 20, 2014.

Job Requirements :
Required:
Bachelor degree
5 years management experience, preferably in an Administrative Support Services environment.

This position requires driving and working out of doors in extreme heat/ cold and possibly rainy weather and be able to work shifts if needed. Physical stamina and strength in all of its forms (endurance, temperature/ climate, stress, etc) is necessary
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Verifiable experience in management and supervision that is commensurate with the current position.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. Able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
