The candidate will answer and respond to new potential client inquiries. Conduct potential client interviews. Collect potential client records and follow up with potential clients. Regularly monitor new potential client inquiries. Update logs and reporting systems to reflect status of all potential new clients. Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service. Collaborate with handling attorneys in assessing potential claim. Assist firm with general administrative tasks. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Spanish speaking case intake specialist. Prior experience in a law firm is preferred. Prior sales, and/or customer service is a plus.
