Litigation Paralegal
The candidate assists in-house and outside attorneys with all facets of case preparation in a variety of litigation and pre-litigation matters including intellectual property, corporate, employment, investigations, personal injury, and other business matters. Must demonstrate excellent judgment, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to analyze and communicate effectively. Will also work on other matters including NDAs, contract negotiation and management, and general paralegal support. Interviewing and fact-gathering for discovery responses and case development. Prepare reports and summaries for responses to claims, demand letters, and litigation requests. Review pleadings, discovery responses, and other litigation documents. Assist with witness interviews and depositions. Assist with responding to subpoenas. Coordinate and handle small matters and wage claims. Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment.
