Assistant Professor of Business Administration (Business Law)
The candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in all areas of business law and related topics (Human Resource Law, International Law, etc.). Experience in entrepreneurship topics is a plus. Must have PhD or JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and must be licensed in a U.S. jurisdiction. Must be professionally or academically qualified under AACSB standards and maintain that qualification. Transactional experience and civil litigation experience required. Must have 5+ years of legal experience is expected, as well as real-world business related experience. Previous teaching at the college level is also expected.
