Part Time Paralegal
The candidate will join civil litigation law firm with focus on homeowners association, construction defect, and real estate. Will work for 25-30 hours per week (currently able to work remotely for some of the hours). Should have 2-4 years of Arizona litigation law experience. Law firm requests the ideal candidate have the ability to: draft and format pleadings, draft discovery and moving papers; carry out and be comfortable with a high level of client contact, heavy filing and case management tasks. Strong typing and computer skills within Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Previous trial and arbitration preparation experience in real estate law are a plus. The ideal candidate will have paralegal school or certificate and strong computer skills. Draft and format pleadings, discovery, and moving papers. High level of client contact and case management. Trial and arbitration preparation. Heavy court filing. Experience in real estate law or construction defect. Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and 50+ WPM. Paralegal Certificate.
