Assistant Professor of Law
The candidate will teach in the area of Criminal Law. Will teach classes as assigned. Serve on law school and university committees as assigned. Achieve teaching goals. Meet and satisfy law school teaching, scholarship, and service requirements. Effectively communicate in person, in writing, and through electronic means of communication. Analyze and utilize data in decision making. Work with a diverse group of students and advise the students. Travel and represent the law school in connection with teaching and scholarship conferences. Perform other duties as required. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and strong writing and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications include outstanding academic credentials, prior teaching experience, and law review or moot court service.
