I need to design a print and online flyer
Luna Azul ([login to view URL]) is a unique neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona where homes are built and sold for the benefit of adults with intellectual, developmental and acquired disabilities. The neighborhood is 1/2 built. Several of the homes are sold but vacant, and the owners wish to rent out the homes (i.e., not just a room therein, but the entire 2- or 3-bedroom home; so, renters find their own roommates). Safe; gated; 1st class; staff on-site 24/7. I want to publicize the availability of homes for rent (the project is only publicizing homes for sale; this is a different sell, and so must look and feel different from the projects main ask. Does that make sense?
