Distinguished Fellow In Law and Leadership
Duties : Will create and oversee the Law and Leadership Program and curriculum. Create a competitive process to select law students for the program and pair with Leadership Mentors. Work with faculty to create a law and leadership focus for a Lawyering Process II course and a short course in Law & Leadership each academic year. Outreach in the community to identify public service leaders and to secure the support and engagement necessary to make the program successful. Facilitate a speaker series at the law school featuring community and national leaders, as well as an annual symposium focused on research in leadership theory and its application .Work with the legislative externship program during the Nevada legislative sessions.
