Compliance Specialist – Office of Programs & Training

SUMMARY:

The Ethics & Compliance Department is seeking an experienced candidate to serve as a specialist on the compliance team. The successful candidate will be a team player who is willing to learn and work in multiple areas, including training, social compliance audits, policy management and disclosures, risk management, and other compliance areas. The candidate will learn new and existing compliance systems and be involved with scheduling audits, data entry, workflow and change management. Excellent attitude and willingness to provide support to an entire team is required. The successful candidate should also have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both corporate and plant team members in the performance of their job duties.

This position reports directly to the Lead Counsel for Regulatory Compliance, Office of Programs & Training.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience preferred in a compliance- or legal-related field .

Computer Skills : Intermediate computer skills, including Excel.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to participate and/or present in small group discussions.

Special Skills : Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail, planning and coordinating without manager oversight.

Supervisory : No direct reports.

Travel : Minimal travel is required.
