POSITION SUMMARY: Our client has an opening for a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Ideal candidates will have strong research, writing, oral communication, and team collaboration skills. Some transactional or corporate experience is preferred. LOCATION: Fayetteville, AR.

QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of commercial litigation, business disputes, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings. Familiarity with all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational skills. Identify and analyze legal issues and present clear recommendations, while assuring legal compliance. Collaborate closely with other firm attorneys. Juris Doctor degree from ABA accredited law school. Admitted to practice or eligible to practice in the State of Arkansas.
