Legal Secretary/Paralegal
The candidate will join personal injury firm. Responsibilities include pre-litigation and litigation in both Philadelphia and South Jersey. Knowledge of claim opening process, medical records, liens, demand packages, distributions, complaints, discovery and trial preparation is essential. Spanish speaking is helpful. Experience working with complex cases (nursing home, work site accidents, commercial motor vehicle) is important. Should have 5+ year of PQE.
