**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s Digital and Technology organization is seeking an Associate Digital Engineer I-Release Management, Retail Tech, to join the team as a key member of the Technical Delivery team within the IT Retail Platform Organization. This cross-functional role contributes to all aspects of software development and delivery, with a focus on coordinating timely, quality software releases into production.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assign, track, and document releases to ensure timely, quality releases
Removing impediments identified by Retail Platform product squads
Reviewing change release candidates from development squads to ensure we’re delivering a viable release candidate to automation testing
Helping development squads with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. intakes and release gate processes
Sharing timeline risks and potential remediations early and often with product stakeholders
Assigning and tracking automated regression testing on release code to ensure changes don’t break previous functionality
Working with QA and automation associates so automated tests are updated with each production release
Communicating sprint status and regression test results to stakeholders to include issues, owners, actions, and dates where appropriate
Assisting development squads to create deployment run books for production support
Completing basic documentation needed from the development phase to the maintenance phase
Minimum Requirements:
4 years of relevant experience in release management, working closely with architects, engineers, and development resources and a bachelor's degree, or 2 additional years of the same experience above without a bachelor's degree
1 years of agile methodology experience
Proficient in software development lifecycle processes and tools (Agile scrum, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
