Personal Injury Case Manager
The candidate will be responsible for managing a heavy caseload. The daily responsibilities consist of but are not limited to handling all aspects of the case from intake to preparing the file for demands. Constant communication with clients, insurance companies, and third-party adjusters is a must. The Demand Writer will be responsible for gathering all possible information, evidence and documentation, medical records, billings, loss of earnings, and change of lifestyle information to draft the demand letter to the appropriate insurance companies. The Case Manager and Demand Writer will work simultaneously to help the legal department build a strong case. 2+ years’ experience handling PI cases required. Multitasking and detail oriented required. Manage a large volume of cases and client calls required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills required. Proficient computer skills required. Motivated attitude required. Knowledge of medical terms and insurance terms is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
