Represent Global Supply Chain on product focused at Global Operations Team (GO-Team) and Regulatory & Supply Team (RST); lead the SC sub-team
Lead Regulatory and Supply team
Develop annual E2E Product Supply Strategy (including demand scenario shaping, inventory, sourcing strategies, logistics, and business continuity)
Own & drive E2E value stream map improvements related to supply chain activities.
Co-develop / maintain regulatory and supply strategy (in partnership with Regulatory Lead) and supporting material control strategy (in partnership with Quality Product Lead)
Support Annual Product Review by reviewing all the SC strategic aspects as prescribed in the APR agenda.
Co-Lead Brand S&OP process, analytics & messages.
Support ES&OP (responsible to escalate brand-level exceptions) and market S&OP (responsible to cascade down brand strategy)
Ensure Alliance Management and business partners aligned to brand strategy
Own Product Scenario analysis - demand & supply scenarios
Recommend E2E inventory strategy
Develop strategies to manage supply fragmentation.
Lead resolution of escalated global supply risks
Drive brand Supply Chain performance in partnership with Strategic Product Leader and internal and external manufacturing leads by:
Align / support brand and site functional supply goals
Being accountable for product allocations
Recommend and communicate Product source changes
Assess Supply Chain Management impact during Change Management execution for process changes
Identify and pursue optimization opportunities where SKU rationalization initiatives are needed.
