This critical role will focus on front end coding activities across Frontier’s digital footprint, turning UX and visual design mockups into interactive web experiences.Primary ResponsibilitiesUtilizes front end languages and frameworks such as HTML, Javascript, Bootstrap, etc to create scalable, accessible, and reusable webpage components and templatesCreates and maintains website style sheets (CSS) to ensure webpages are consistently styled according to Brand and Digital standards, and best practicesCollaborates closely with Digital Design staff to create “pixel perfect” interactive experiences that match approved designs and standardsAudits and tests all user-facing code bases to identify and resolve bugs and ensure integrityOptimizes webpages for maximum loading speed, accessibility compliance, and compatibility across browser and device typesJob Requirements3 – 5 years hands on front-end / interface coding experienceExpertise with all major front-end languages and frameworks HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, BootstrapStrong grasp of responsive design principals, accessibility standards, UX and SEO best practicesExperience working in Visual Studio, and Adobe Creative SuiteExceptional attention to detailFamiliarity with Sitecore a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & WordExcellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging cross-functional stakeholders across management levelsMotivated self-starter with strong work ethic; comfortable in entrepreneurial work environmentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and geographically dispersed environmentTeam player and relationship builder, able to effectively work cross-functionally with peers, management and other internal or external stakeholders to gain consensus when neededFlexibility to quickly adjust to unforeseen changes in priorities and workload while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines
