Associate Director of Graduate Tax Program
The candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Director of the Graduate Tax Program in the overall academic and operational administration of the campus and online Graduate Tax Program. Will be including Program Operations, Student Support Services, Faculty Support and Graduate Tax Office Administration. Working closely with the Director in all aspects of the GTP administration and operations. Specific responsibilities include recruitment of prospective students; management of the application and registration process; development and management of academic curriculum; and assistance in developing academic calendars and course schedules. Oversee the preparation of reports for financial management purposes; maintain and regularly update the GTP website; market and assist in the presentation of Tax Symposia; and assist in the ABA and AACSB Accreditation process. Assist and counsel students in course selection, assist and co-present at student orientation sessions, manage and maintain student academic files and records, and ensure each student’s compliance with graduation requirements. Interact and liaison with adjunct faculty regarding course schedules, teaching logistics, and all other faculty assistance. Ensure the proper administration of the Graduate Tax Office.
