Certified Law Clerk Internship, Spring
The program provides law school students with the opportunity to present actual criminal cases in court with a focus on courtroom trial skills. Under the rules of the Office of Certification/Practical Training of Law Students (PTLS), the State Bar of California allows qualified law students to make appearances in court under the supervision of a deputy district attorney. Must be enrolled in the second, third or fourth year of law school and have either successfully completed or be currently enrolled in Evidence and Civil Procedure courses. Must be available for 16+ hours per week.

Duration: January 1 to May 31
