Farella Braun Martel seeks lateral business transaction partners for our San Francisco office with the ability to bring and manage an established book of business. The opportunity is available to partners at all seniority levels. Junior partners with growing practices and who wish to have greater autonomy than larger firms offer will be strongly considered. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a range of clients from closely held family businesses to large and complex business enterprises. A successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial approach to the practice of law and will demonstrate a desire and commitment to developing new business and expanding the firm’s relationships with existing clients. Candidates should be comfortable working in teams and contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives and industry groups. A non-exclusive list of such groups includes those serving the technology, renewable energy, real estate, wine, cannabis and food and beverage industries.
