Busy workers’ compensation law firm, with an excellent reputation for zealously representing injured workers, is seeking a Paralegal/Case Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience working within the California’s workers’ compensation system. Job Duties:

Manage cases from the initial filing to resolution

Identify and designate treating MPN physicians

Prepare summaries of medical reports and subpoenaed records

Assist attorneys with trial preparation and exhibits

Provide clients with case status updates

Draft memos, petitions, and pre-trial conference statements

Provide administrative support as needed
