Global Technical Services, LLC (GTS) is soliciting resumes and assignment of work is contingent on contract award.
GTS is currently seeking resumes for a Site Safety and Health Officer
, location possibly Fort Mead, MD. The PM shall demonstrate experience in the development, management and operational direction of a large base operations support or facilities operations support program. In addition to specific maintenance works.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of all Facility Management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.
Act as a primary pivot point between Facility Management professional staff and client Governance team for escalation of appropriate items
Primary point of contact for integrated service teams to ensure alignment, consistent performance and outputs
Personnel management of Facility Management team
Prepares succinct and impactful weekly communication updates for Senior Executives detailing visible activity
Frequently inspects assigned properties on a regular basis to ensure that all sites are clean, orderly and in good repair.
Coordinate discussions with selected vendors or suppliers regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance review.
Implement preventive, ongoing and anticipated maintenance/repair programs

Job Requirements :
Required:
Must have experience regarding engineering, maintenance, operations and quality management programs supporting the Government.
Ten (10) years of experience as a manager in a multidiscipline environment comparable to that offered under this contract (Large Base Operations Services Project).
The FOM must be on-site.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Communicate effectively orally and in writing;
Fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language
