Position Summary

As the Associate PLM of Graphic Tees you will connect with the athlete, help execute and implement seasonal strategy, and build margin-rich products.The Associate PLM -Graphic Tees will aid in developing a complete product line, grounded in a deep understanding of the consumer, culture, marketplace and trend. You'll execute day-to-day operations of the business; working closely with your Senior Product Line Manager and cross-functional partners in Design, Merchandising and Product Development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Development and Implementation of seasonal product strategy including writing briefs, managing weekly cross-functional meetings, and hitting margin targets
Data and systems management. Oversee, manage, and ensure all systems and data are up to date and input on time across multiple product calendars.
Execute tactics to run category business and deliver seasonal assortment (data and sample management)
Facilitate communication of seasonal product strategy at GTM milestones and deliverables
Analyze the marketplace including competition, price points, commercial needs and anticipating future trends
Connect with athletes through focus groups, one on one interaction, and observation
Aid in the evolution of the Quick turn Graphics Program


Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)


Experience managing Full Product Life Cycle preferred
Strong presentation, time management, collaboration and influencing skills. Team Player Attitude.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task across categories and multiple deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail


Education And / Or Experience


Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
2-3 years in product management or related role


Other Requirements


Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
Return To Work Designation: 2 days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.
Travel: 5-10% of the year

Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount
$83,298.00- $114,535.00


Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
