Senior Associate Vice President For Business And Program Development, Division Of Health Affairs
Duties: Lead the planning and development of new programs as well as monitor the deployment of business strategies to advance the strategic priorities of the Division. Provide leadership in preparation for authorization and accreditation of new health-related schools. Monitor near- and long-term market trends as well as emerging need/interests among key stakeholders (e.g. patients, providers, payers, vendors, etc.) to forecast future trends and opportunities that inform strategies. Collaborate with Division and senior leaders to ensure strategic plans and goals align with organizational priorities and monitor/measure performance. Ensure strategies are well communicated and translated into actionable and quantitative plans for entities and work units/functions. Actively engage senior leadership throughout the planning and deployment process to ensure alignment. Evolving responsibilities based upon needs of the Executive Vice President for Health Affairs and other senior leaders within the Division of Health Affairs.
