The candidate, under the direction of the Executive Director Legal Affairs, will provide legal advice and counsel on employment and labor issues. Will prepare legal documents and coordinates legal matters that has been assigned to outside counsel. Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and agreements with healthcare providers. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes and regulations. Graduation from an accredited law school with a license to practice law in the State of New Jersey required. Must have 3 years of related legal experience in employment law. Outstanding human relations and leadership skills, and the ability to function in a team environment are required.
