The candidate must demonstrate academic excellence, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a significant caseload. Should have the ability to write and communicate clearly and without error, to manage the demands of a dual caseload from the Eastern and Western Districts, to deal with the public and litigants effectively, to work independently, to meet deadlines, and to administer chambers cooperatively. Any Jurisdiction Bar Admission(s) preferred. Prior Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred. Legal Work Experience Post-Law School desired.
