Assistant Dean for Academic Achievement
The candidate will develop and manage academic and bar support programs, events, and outreach. Plan, coordinate, and teach the Academic Achievement Workshops (CA Civil Procedure) each trimester. Together, with a team of four full-time positions, supervise and delegate administrative aspects of the Academic Achievement Program. Supervise Associate Director of Bar Programs, Assistant Director of Academic Achievement, Administrative Assistant, Bar Adjunct Professors, and Student Tutors. Must have Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. California Bar admission is preferred. Should preferably have 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity. Experience with legal pedagogy, academic support and Bar support is required.
