Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Lead management team in strategic planning of academic partnerships and business development to help grow student/nursing relations within the organization.


Collaborate with leaders on the design and development of corporate and division framework strategies to prioritize, delegate, and execute initiatives that improve market and ministry alignments within the nursing schools.

Support and ensure nursing retention programs are recognized, valued, and supported.

Utilize and leverage data systems, workshops and other tools to validate and drive performance of nursing processes and programs.

Monitor, evaluate, and continuously reassess expense and other reports.

Assist with corrective action plans as needed to ensure good stewardship of organization finances.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:


Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.

Education:



Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:



7 years of experience required.

10 years of experience preferred.

5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
