Part Time - Intellectual Property Paralegal
The candidate will assist patent attorneys with patent prosecution and patent application filings. This includes preparing formal documents for filing, preparing and filing information disclosure statements, preparing request for continued examination (RCE) transmittals and other prosecution related documents. Assisting attorneys with foreign and PCT application filings. This includes coordinating with foreign associates and preparing and filing PCT applications. Must have 2 years of experience in patent & trademark preparation and prosecution. Must have strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface in a professional manner with clients.
