The candidate should have 2 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification. Experience with DisplaySoft Probate Software Systems. Ability to handle a probate proceeding from inception to completion, including the drafting of needed probate documents. Ability to properly interact with clients, clerks, judicial assistants, attorneys and staff. Working knowledge of trust administration, including legal and accounting requirements. Ability to research and review probate statutes, case law and administrative orders. Ability to organize files and calendar probate deadlines. Ability to schedule probate hearings.
